Twice a year (April and October), Toastmasters International collects member dues for the next six-month period. District 84 runs incentives to recognize clubs that submit renewals early — supporting member retention and steady cash flow into the international organization.
The Notable 9
Any club that pays for 9 or more members by September 9 (fall cycle) or March 9 (spring cycle) earns the Notable 9 Ribbon to display on the club banner.
The Incredible 20
Any club that pays for 20 or more members by September 20 (fall) or March 20 (spring) earns the Incredible 20 Ribbon for the club banner PLUS Superstar Points.

How awards are tracked
Eligibility is determined from the membership lists printed by the Club Growth Director after midnight on the deadline dates. Notice of awards is posted on this page by October 30 (fall) and April 30 (spring). Physical awards are distributed at the District's fall and spring Awards Celebrations — invitations go out by email ahead of each event.
