Pathways

Member learning through Toastmasters Pathways — six current paths (plus vintage and legacy options), each with five levels of projects, delivered via TI Base Camp.

Chaired by Gina Marie Hanson

Pathways is the Toastmasters education program every member uses. You learn by completing projects organized into five levels within a learning path, all delivered online through Base Camp. Pick the path that matches the skills you want to build — and add or switch paths anytime.

District 84’s Pathways Chair runs labs, Q&A sessions, and one-on-one support for any path-related question.

How to choose your path

Pathways includes a free online assessment that suggests a path based on your goals and learning style. Many members use it as a starting point, then choose intuitively.

Any of the six current paths is a solid first choice — and because you can add or switch paths at any time, there’s no wrong pick. If you’re unsure, your club’s VP of Education can walk you through the options.
