The Dynamic Leadership path focuses on your personal leadership style and how you guide change. Members on this path build skills in negotiation, persuasion, conflict resolution, and leading through organizational transitions.
Core projects
- Understanding Your Leadership Style
- Negotiate the Best Outcome
- Leading Change
- Manage Online Meetings
- Conflict Resolution
How the path is structured
Like all Pathways paths, this one has five levels and fourteen projects. Levels 1 and 2 build a foundation of communication craft (Ice Breaker, evaluation, researching). Levels 3 through 5 are where the path's distinctive content lives — the projects listed above mostly fall here. Most members complete a single path in 12 to 18 months while attending a normal club meeting cadence.
Pick this path if…
Pick Dynamic Leadership over Leadership Development if you already lead and want to refine specific situations (change management, conflict, negotiation) rather than build a broad foundation. Pick it over Innovative Planning if your focus is people more than projects.
Good fit for
mid-career professionals stepping into supervisory roles, volunteer leaders managing committees, anyone navigating organizational change.
