The Persuasive Influence path is the deepest dive into persuasion — building credibility, structuring arguments, anticipating objections, and closing for action. Projects span ethical persuasion, complex negotiation, and presenting ideas to audiences predisposed against them.
Core projects
- Understanding Vocal Variety
- Negotiate the Best Outcome
- Develop a Communication Style
- Lead in Any Situation
- Manage Successful Events
How the path is structured
Like all Pathways paths, this one has five levels and fourteen projects. Levels 1 and 2 build a foundation of communication craft (Ice Breaker, evaluation, researching). Levels 3 through 5 are where the path's distinctive content lives — the projects listed above mostly fall here. Most members complete a single path in 12 to 18 months while attending a normal club meeting cadence.
Pick this path if…
Pick Persuasive Influence over Innovative Planning if persuasion is the core of your work, not just the final step of a project. Pick it over Dynamic Leadership if you sell ideas more than you lead through change.
Good fit for
sales professionals, advocacy and fundraising leaders, lawyers preparing arguments, anyone whose job involves convincing skeptical audiences.
