Managing your profile

Your profile is your Manifest Person record. It controls how you appear in the District directory and on the public site.

What you can edit

• Name, preferred name, pronouns, suffix
• Email + phone(s)
• Address (city, state, country)
• Bio + photo
• Visibility flags — who sees your name, email, phone, photo (public / members / officers / self only)
• Email preferences — which Dispatch lists you're subscribed to

Your TI member number

Your TI member number is locked once set. The first save establishes it; subsequent attempts to change it are rejected (model guard + audit trail). If yours is wrong, contact the District Webmaster — a superuser can override with an audit record.

Your home club

If you're a member of more than one club, the primary club dropdown determines which one appears as your home club in directories and signature blocks. You can change it anytime — the change is atomic across all your memberships.

Privacy

If your visibility_name is anything other than "public", your name is replaced with "Member #{TI number}" everywhere on the public site. Designations are suppressed too. Officer assignments still show the role title but not the person.
