Leading with Appreciation As leaders, we hear the words “I’m so busy” quite a bit. We are all volunteers with responsibilities outside of Toastmasters, so patience is key. Always focus on appreciating what your members and fellow leaders are doing, rather than calling out what they haven’t done.
