As 2026-2027 District 84 Moments of Truth Chair, I am passionate about equipping clubs with the tools and guidance to create meaningful member experiences and foster continuous growth

What is Moments of Truth?

Moments of Truth is a Toastmasters program for evaluating club quality through five key member touchpoints. Each module identifies a "moment" where the club either delights or disappoints — and gives you a path to make every meeting better.

What makes a member want to comeback? Maybe is the welcome they receive. The opportunity to speak. A thoughtful evaluation. Feeling included. Or simply knowing that their presence matters.


Those experiences are our Moments of Truth. It's all about asking:
