Congratulations to District 84's newest Distinguished Toastmasters. The DTM is the highest recognition in the Toastmasters education program, and for most members it is the work of three to five years — two full learning paths, a year as a club officer, service as a district leader, building up a club, and a project that reaches beyond Toastmasters itself.
Every name below finished that journey this program year.
Our newest DTMs
- Tamara Lockley — We Can Speak / Podemos Hablar Toastmasters, Tallahassee (August 26, 2026)

If your club has a new DTM and you don't see them here, they may have earned it in a previous program year, or their award may not have reached Toastmasters International's report yet. Let the District know and we'll get them added.
Thinking about your own DTM?
The Path to DTM page lays out what the award actually requires and a realistic year-by-year timeline — and District 84's DTM Guides are there to help you finish it.
