The Super Star Incentive Program is District 84's points-based recognition for clubs that hit specific membership and education-program targets across the program year. Clubs accumulate Super Star points across categories, and totals are recognized at the District Conference.
How points are earned
Each program year, the Program Quality Director publishes the year's Super Star categories and their point values. Categories typically include:
- Distinguished Club Program (DCP) goal completion
- Dues renewals — linked to the Notable 9 / Incredible 20
- Officer training participation — Seven of Seven
- Pathways enrollment and completions
- Speech contest participation
- Membership growth and retention
The full year's rules and point values are published with the District's incentives calendar.
What clubs receive
Clubs that cross a Super Star threshold receive District recognition at the District Conference and on the District website. Specific awards (gift certificates, banner ribbons, branded swag) vary year to year and are detailed in the current year's program rules.
